Job Description
Supply Chain Services is looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator with the opportunity for permanent employment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing efficient sourcing, screening, and interviewing methods, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring that HR policies are current. Additional responsibilities include payroll preparation, maintaining employee records, and managing daily HR operations.
Applicants should hold a BBA or MBA degree, possess 1-2 years of relevant experience, demonstrate proficiency in MS Office, and exhibit strong communication skills. Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting and employment contracts is crucial.
This position requires working UK shifts and is located in Bahria Town Karachi, with a salary range of Rs50,00 to Rs80,00 per month.
