Job Description
Job Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Apparel Production and Merchandising Supervisor to oversee the production and merchandising processes for men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing. This role is crucial for ensuring timely delivery, upholding quality standards, and fostering effective communication between internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily production workflows to ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate efforts between cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing departments.
- Ensure production quality standards are met and address operational challenges efficiently.
- Serve as a communication bridge between buyers and production, as well as quality assurance teams.
- Maintain detailed production records and prepare periodic status reports.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
