Job Description
Oilexec is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Catering Manager who possesses HACCP Level 4 certification. The Catering Manager will be responsible for planning and managing labor, crafting executive-class menus, and overseeing food production to ensure the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to ascertain their needs and expectations.
- Supervise, motivate, and lead the catering staff effectively.
- Manage budget control while ensuring exceptional service quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food production methods.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and embrace constructive feedback.
