Job Description
CloudRCM Solutions is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this position, you will handle incoming calls, provide assistance to clients, and foster strong relationships with healthcare providers. Your key responsibilities will include making cold calls to potential clients, addressing their concerns promptly, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. A proficient understanding of medical billing processes and expertise in NPI lookup is crucial for this role. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills, confidence in making cold calls, and effective time management abilities. This is a full-time position located in Bahria Town Phase 7, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
