Job Description
HMA Industries is currently looking for a dedicated Warehouse Officer to manage our Raw Material and Finished Goods Warehouses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and verifying raw materials while ensuring all documentation is accurate. You will also maintain precise stock records, monitor storage conditions, and issue materials to production departments as needed.
In addition to managing raw materials, you will inspect finished goods for quality, prepare them for dispatch, and coordinate logistics. Key responsibilities include maintaining proper documentation, implementing warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training staff on safety protocols and record-keeping practices.
