Job Description
Walkeaze Pakistan is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager of Retail to play a key role in supporting our Retail Store Manager with daily operations and customer engagement strategies. In this essential position, you will oversee customer service initiatives, manage staff, track inventory levels, and assess employee performance.
Additionally, your duties will include generating reports to analyze retail data and contributing to end-of-day store closing procedures. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant retail management experience. We encourage applications from individuals aged 25 to 35.
This position is full-time and requires in-person attendance.
