Job Description
Taxol is actively searching for a qualified Payroll Manager to strengthen our team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with substantial payroll processing expertise and knowledge of HRIS systems. The successful candidate will have a solid grasp of U.S. payroll regulations, tax compliance, and multi-state payroll practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee payroll processing for U.S. clientele.
- Ensure precise calculations, deductions, and tax submissions.
- Maintain adherence to payroll guidelines and regulations.
- Manage quarterly and year-end reporting.
- Generate payroll reports and assist in audits.
- Respond to payroll inquiries from clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years in payroll accounting.
