Job Description
Arc Inventador is on the lookout for a dedicated and customer-oriented Telemarketing & Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound customer interactions, addressing inquiries and delivering outstanding service. Key duties include conducting telemarketing efforts, providing product information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer communications via phone, email, and chat support.
- Perform telemarketing to promote our products and services.
- Maintain accurate entries in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or telemarketing.
