Job Description
Translation Empire is looking for a committed and detail-oriented Complaints Administrator to join our team in DHA Sector F, Rwp. In this role, you will manage customer complaints and uphold our high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly manage and acknowledge customer complaints
- Work closely with the Complaints Manager to improve processes
- Document investigations and effectively communicate outcomes
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or complaint resolution
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A collaborative team player with strong problem-solving skills
This position requires in-office attendance from 10 AM to 7 PM, offering a competitive salary for the right candidate.
