Job Description
Arthur Lawrence is looking for a skilled Senior HR Executive to enhance our team. This position is responsible for leading recruitment efforts, maintaining CV databases, and managing the onboarding process. Additionally, you will prepare key documents, including offer letters, and oversee employee performance evaluations and settlements.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and have a minimum of three years of relevant experience. Strong communication abilities and expertise in HR reporting tools are essential.
This full-time role offers a competitive salary between Rs80,00.00 and Rs110,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as medical insurance and performance bonuses. Work shifts are either from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
