Job Description
Company: QVISE (Quality Vertex Integrated System) is on the lookout for skilled Recruiters with extensive experience in U.S. recruitment. The successful candidate will manage the complete recruitment cycle while partnering with department managers to address all hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Develop job postings and recruitment documentation.
- Identify and source candidates through various platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews.
- Facilitate the hiring process in collaboration with management.
- Maintain updated records of open positions.
Requirements: Must possess proven experience in U.S. recruitment, outstanding communication skills, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
