Key Responsibilities:
- Shortlist resumes using the Applicant Tracking System with daily updates.
- Support the recruitment process by managing a high volume of resumes.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates in a timely manner.
- Accurately maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail recruitment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
