Your Responsibilities:

• Professionally manage inbound and outbound calls
• Assist customers by addressing inquiries and providing effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Confidence in handling customer queries
• Previous call center experience is a plus, but not mandatory
• Willingness to work night shifts
