Job Description
Ace Links Communication is looking for experienced dispatchers to join our transport projects in the USA and Canada. As a Taxi Dispatcher, your primary responsibilities will include answering customer calls, booking rides, and assigning pickups to drivers. We require candidates to have a minimum of 6 months of dispatching experience, ideally in an International Call Center environment.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, schedule rides, coordinate with drivers, and ensure an exceptional level of service.
Qualifications: A minimum of 6 months of dispatch experience, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English are essential.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $40,00 to $70,00 per month, along with benefits.
