Job Description
Interact Global is actively seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Generalist to enhance our daily Human Resources operations. In this essential role, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate recruitment processes and employee onboarding.
- Foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain employee records and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Oversee performance evaluations and career development plans.
- Administer employee benefits programs effectively.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business, with 4-6 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of HR laws.
