Job Description

A-list Communication, situated in Lahore, is a premier provider of professional communication and dispatch services. We are actively looking for a dedicated Control Room Communication Officer (Dispatcher) to improve our operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming calls, messages, radios, and CCTV feeds.
• Dispatch security personnel and respond promptly to incidents.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of activities.
• Communicate fluently in English with clients.
• Track patrols and provide timely updates.
• Prepare handover notes for the incoming dispatcher.

Requirements:

• Previous dispatch experience is preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills are essential.
• Strong telephone etiquette is required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Valid CNIC is mandatory.

Location: Siddique Trade Center, Gulberg, Lahore.
