Job Description

Are you a results-oriented leader who is passionate about operational excellence? Abacus Outsourcing is looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our Call Center Operations team in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities: You will oversee the daily operations of BPO projects, monitor team performance, facilitate coaching sessions, manage client escalations, and implement operational improvements.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with 4 to 6 years of experience in BPO operations, including 2 to 3 years in a supervisory capacity.

Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Up to Rs200,00.00 per month.
