Job Description
Abacus is seeking a committed Training Executive to lead learning and development for our expanding BPO/call center operations. The role involves designing and delivering training programs to improve agent performance, elevate customer experience, and support organizational objectives.
- Key responsibilities: lead new-hire onboarding, perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA), drive training KPIs, coach and mentor trainers, and collaborate on curriculum and content development.
- Requirements: minimum 2 years in a training role within a BPO/call center, strong facilitation and coaching skills, and a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or a related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
