Job Description

Abacus Consulting—BPO is on the lookout for a Social Media Team Lead for Jazz Cash, located in Islamabad. With over 35 years of experience in delivering innovative business solutions, our commitment lies in fostering collaborative success. This position requires exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities to drive operational excellence and enhance team engagement.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee team activities, inspire staff, assign tasks, facilitate meetings, resolve conflicts, formulate social media strategies, and evaluate campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications, a minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media Management, strong communication skills, prior Team Lead experience in a BPO setting, and proficiency in relevant tools.
