Shift Options: 6PM-2AM PKT | 10PM-6AM PKT
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team in providing exceptional customer support during night shifts. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries promptly and fostering strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve inquiries through phone, email, and chat
- Build and sustain customer relationships
- Promote company products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer support experience
- Proficient in English communication
- Willingness to work night shifts
