Job Description
ABS International is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal and Gulistan-e-Johar. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 40,00 to PKR 45,00 per month, along with additional incentives of PKR 20,00. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, with shift options available from 6 PM to 2 AM or 10 PM to 6 AM PKT.
The primary responsibilities include assisting international customers through phone, email, and chat, fostering strong client relationships, promoting company products globally, and collaborating with team members to resolve issues efficiently.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in international customer service, fluency in professional English, and be available for night shifts. Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
