Job Description
Accotech Pvt Ltd is currently looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Officer to oversee daily financial operations, bookkeeping, and administrative responsibilities across multiple companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain precise bookkeeping and reconciliations using Xero or QuickBooks.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and debtor reports.
- Administer client payments while upholding a zero-debtors policy.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely submissions.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of finance or administrative experience.
- Proficient in Xero or QuickBooks.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
