Job Description
Alam Group of Companies is seeking a seasoned HR Executive to enhance our team in Gulberg, Lahore. This pivotal role entails managing various human resources and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
- Formulate HR policies that comply with labor regulations.
- Supervise payroll administration and maintain employee records.
- Manage employee relations and performance evaluations.
- Facilitate training programs and support employee development.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, a minimum of 3 years of experience, comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
