Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Finance Officer to manage full-cycle bookkeeping, journal entries (BPV, BRV, CPV, CRV, JVs), accounts payable, and vendor ledgers. Responsibilities include invoice verification and payments, withholding tax calculation and reconciliation, petty cash control, and filing sales and withholding tax for vendors and employees. The role also involves liaising with banks on import payments and letters of credit, performing monthly bank reconciliations, supporting month-end and year-end closings (accruals and reconciliations), and providing financial analysis to support management decisions.
