Job Description
Alibaba seeks a Human Resources System Analyst to join the Daraz team. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of relevant experience. The analyst will design, implement, and maintain HR systems to streamline processes and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Conduct needs analyses with HR stakeholders and integrate HR systems with internal platforms for seamless data flow.
- Provide training and ongoing support for HR users; monitor system performance and collaborate with IT to troubleshoot issues.
- Recommend system enhancements and upgrades to improve efficiency.
- Required skills: SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SF), SQL, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities.
