Job Description
APL Logistics is in search of a committed Accounts Receivable Collector I to oversee outstanding receivables for accounts with overdue payments. The primary objective is to ensure the prompt collection of these receivables while efficiently resolving payment disputes in accordance with company policies. Each collector will be responsible for specific tasks, including report generation and maintaining third-party websites necessary for receivables resolution. The position also entails managing credit balances through validation, processing refunds, and collaborating with third parties throughout the receivables closing process.
