Location: DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial Area, Karachi – Pakistan
Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday – Friday)

About the Role: Appedology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee our BPO team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in team leadership, process optimization, and nurturing robust client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage daily operations, drive efficiency improvements, cultivate client partnerships, and promote a positive team environment.
Requirements: Candidates should have substantial experience in BPO Operations Management, exceptional leadership capabilities, strong communication skills, and the willingness to work night shifts.
Compensation: Rs170,00.00 – Rs180,00.00 per month.
