Job Description
Apt Resources Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced Diamond Evaluator to join a client’s mining operations in Angola. The successful candidate will assess, grade, and value rough diamonds in compliance with international standards.
- Evaluate and grade diamonds using advanced gemological instruments; determine market value based on current pricing.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance reporting, including Kimberley Process requirements.
- Collaborate with mining teams to ensure secure handling and transport.
Requirements: Degree in Gemology or related field, minimum 8 years’ experience, fluent in English and Portuguese, and thorough knowledge of the Kimberley Process.
Benefits: Monthly salary USD 5,00–7,00 plus commission, accommodation, meals, and insurance coverage.
