Job Description
Apt Resources is seeking an experienced Rough Diamond Evaluator to join our client’s mining team in Angola. The successful candidate will perform on-site assessments, grading, and valuation of rough diamonds in strict accordance with industry standards.
- Conduct meticulous examinations and grade diamonds by the 4 Cs: Carat, Color, Clarity, and Cut.
- Estimate market value through comprehensive analysis and prepare clear valuation reports.
- Maintain accurate, auditable documentation and quality control records.
- Work collaboratively with geologists and mining personnel to support operational objectives.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Gemology or a related field and a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
