Job Description
Aqua Coders is in search of a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional service and support. This position is crucial in connecting customer inquiries with our commitment to production excellence, focusing on custom packaging solutions and order management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone.
- Assist clients with quotes, design submissions, and order placements.
- Communicate updates regarding production and shipping timelines.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, ideally within the print or packaging industry.
