Job Description
ASK Development Limited is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to manage live chat, email, and social media interactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries while maintaining professionalism, provide accurate information, document interactions, and collaborate effectively with the internal team.
Requirements: A completed Bachelor’s degree, at least 6 months of relevant experience, exceptional written English, and strong typing skills. This position is based in Islamabad and requires in-person attendance.
