Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited is seeking a full-time, field-based Field FTTx Manager to oversee O&M of GPON, metro, and carrier networks. Responsibilities include OFC rehabilitation, revamp and expansion; contingency planning and emergency traffic diversion; improving resilience through ring completion; arranging fiber pairs and resolving low-power issues; coordinating with government agencies on route protection and relocation claims; performing PMR (repairs, handholes, joints, aerial fixes), PAT of NEs; and updating GIS/KMZ cable routes.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 5–6 years of FTTH field quality, deployment, and operations experience.
- Salary: 110k–130k.
