Job Description
ASK Development is in search of skilled call center professionals for the position of Upseller + Project Manager. We seek an enthusiastic individual who excels in client engagement and project management. The role requires availability from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, six days a week, based in Nazimabad, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify upsell opportunities with clients
- Manage client relationships and oversee project phases
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams
- Monitor project progress and report on KPIs
- Address client concerns to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or project management
- Fluent in English with a neutral US accent
