Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team remotely. This full-time position requires the ability to work from home, with working hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. In this role, you will respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls, follow up with leads, and build strong client relationships. Effective collaboration is essential to resolve customer queries and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
Applicants must be fluent in both Urdu and English, possess 1-2 years of customer service experience, and have their own laptop or PC with stable internet access. The compensation ranges from PKR 10,00 to 30,00, in addition to performance-based incentives.
