Job Description
At-Desk PVT LTD seeks a full-time, in-person Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls for UK-based clients. The role requires following communication scripts, engaging customers via voice, chat, and other platforms, identifying needs, offering solutions, managing accounts, maintaining organized conversation records, and performing data entry.
- Location: Bahadurabad (on-site)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday with alternate Saturdays, 2:00 PM–11:00 PM
- Salary: Rs40,00–Rs45,00 per month (review before applying)
- Qualifications: confident spoken English, international call center experience preferred, excellent listening and multitasking skills, and strong computer/internet proficiency
