Job Description
We are currently looking for a diligent and organized Office Boy to assist with our daily operations. The ideal candidate should be dependable, punctual, and skilled in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office environment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and documents.
- Support photocopying, scanning, and filing activities.
- Run office errands, including document delivery and supply purchases.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.
