Job Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative in Lahore to manage customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent written and spoken English, be responsible, detail-oriented, and passionate about customer support. Availability for alternate weekend shifts is required.
- Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally, ensure accuracy in documentation, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Schedule: Weekdays — 6 hours/day; alternate weekends — 9-hour shifts.
- Compensation: Rs30,00–Rs40,00 per month; market-competitive salary with long-term growth opportunities and higher pay for self-motivated performers.
