Job Description
Benchmark BPO Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated HR Assistant to enhance our HR department. This position involves managing recruitment, training, attendance, reporting, and documentation tasks. Strong organizational skills and proactive communication are crucial for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting candidate interviews and scheduling training sessions.
- Monitor attendance and maintain accurate records.
- Update Excel spreadsheets and generate reports.
- Organize and maintain physical filing systems.
Requirements: Female candidates preferred, HR experience is a plus, proficiency in MS Excel, strong communication skills, and availability for night shifts (5:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
