Job Description
We are on the lookout for a skilled Maintenance Manager to guide our maintenance department within the beverage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective maintenance strategies aimed at enhancing equipment performance while minimizing downtime.
Your role will include mentoring a team of technicians, supervising maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and utility systems, managing the maintenance budget, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
The perfect candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, along with 5-10 years of relevant experience. Strong technical knowledge, leadership capabilities, and proficiency in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) are required.
