Job Description

We seek an organized Officer Administration for our beverages company in Multan. Full-time, in-person role managing reception, mail, supplies, scheduling, conference rooms, janitorial coordination, filing (electronic and paper), basic bookkeeping, invoice processing, ERP and MS Office tasks, and occasional travel. Requires 3 years relevant experience (FMCG preferred), Bachelor’s degree preferred, strong communication, discretion, time-management, and a proactive attitude. Salary Rs50,00–Rs55,00 per month.
