Job Description
Join our team at Beverages as a Human Resources Officer. In this full-time position, you will manage recruitment and onboarding, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will be responsible for conducting performance reviews, establishing performance goals, and providing constructive feedback to foster employee growth. Additionally, you will develop and implement HR policies aligned with company objectives and oversee training and development programs for employees.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience in an HR role. This position is based in Multan and requires in-person work. The salary ranges from Rs50,00.00 to Rs55,00.00 per month.
