Job Description
BH CONSULTANT (PRIVATE) LIMITED is looking for an experienced HR Manager to enhance our dynamic team. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives, managing recruitment processes, and fostering strong employee relations. Key responsibilities include cultivating a positive work environment, overseeing performance appraisal systems, maintaining competitive pay and benefits programs, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
The ideal candidate will have significant HR management experience, excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of labor regulations. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
