Job Description
Brickclay seeks a results-oriented Business Development Associate to secure Upwork projects and generate leads via LinkedIn and email. The role requires daily Upwork bidding with customized proposals, proactive LinkedIn outreach and follow-ups, and management of cold/warm email campaigns. You will maintain a consistent sales pipeline, track leads and conversions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate, compelling pitches.
- Proven lead generation experience and strong Upwork bidding track record
- Excellent written English and hands-on LinkedIn outreach skills
- Basic knowledge of email marketing and funnel management
- Full-time, in-person position
- Compensation: Rs60,00–Rs70,00 per month
