Job Description
We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in icabbi, Autocab, and Cordic software to join our team as Cab Call Operators (CSR). In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls from UK customers seeking to book or modify taxi reservations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing Airport Bookings
- Processing Phone Payments
- Escalating Complaints to Appropriate Departments
- Addressing Driver Queries and Concerns
Applicants must have at least 1 year of experience in a call center, and a British accent is required. This is a full-time position with an 11-month contract. Monthly salary ranges from Rs80,00.00 to Rs100,00.00, and the job requires in-person attendance.
