Job Description
Cabcall Outsource SMC Pvt Ltd is seeking a full-time, in-person Taxi Dispatcher for an 11-month contract to manage inbound UK customer calls. Responsibilities include airport bookings, payment by phone, amending or canceling reservations, monitoring flight information, escalating complaints, and responding to driver queries.
- Minimum 1 year CSR experience with UK-based cab operations.
- Proficiency in iCabbi, Autocab, and Cordic required.
- Fluent English with a British accent is mandatory.
- Must liaise with UK supervisors, deliver prompt quotations, coordinate customers and drivers, and maintain high service standards.
Compensation: Rs80,00–Rs120,00 per month.
