Job Description

We are hiring a motivated and sales-driven Umrah Travel Consultant for our USA campaign. The primary responsibility of this role is to sell Umrah packages to customers who submit inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, social media, or website leads.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed Umrah bookings while delivering a high level of customer service to clients based in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle inbound inquiries from US-based customers interested in Umrah packages

 Make outbound follow-up calls to warm and hot leads to close sales

 Explain and sell Umrah packages (Economy, Premium, Luxury, Ultra-Luxury) based on customer needs

 Guide clients regarding:

o Umrah visa process

o Hotel options in Makkah & Madinah

o Transport, ziyarat, and package inclusions

 Provide accurate pricing, package comparisons, and payment guidance

 Convince and close sales while meeting or exceeding monthly targets

 Upsell additional services such as:

o Better hotel categories

o Private transport

o Extra nights or customized packages

 Maintain proper CRM records, follow-ups, and customer data

 Coordinate with operations/team to ensure smooth booking confirmation

 Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships

 Follow company SOPs, pricing policies, and ethical sales practices

Requirements

 Minimum 6 months – 2 years experience in Umrah sales or travel sales (USA campaign preferred)

 Proven sales closing skills with a target-oriented mindset

 Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written)

 Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings

 Comfortable working in USA night shifts

 Basic knowledge of:

o Umrah packages

o Hotels in Makkah & Madinah

o Visa process (preferred but not mandatory)

 Self-motivated, punctual, and professional attitude

 Ability to work independently (for remote role)

Salary & Commission

 Basic Salary: PKR 50,00-PKR 60,00

 Commission: 7.5% per confirmed Umrah sale
