Job Description
Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan
Salary Range: Rs50,00 to Rs80,00 per month, plus performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify clients with outstanding debts.
- Engage with debtors to encourage prompt payments.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.
- Develop and execute effective debt collection strategies.
- Negotiate flexible payment plans with debtors.
- Investigate discrepancies to resolve unpaid accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in collections and recovery.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional negotiation skills.
