Job Description
Cloud Rexpo Pvt. Ltd. is excited to invite applications for the position of HR Executive. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual with robust experience in recruitment and employee engagement, alongside a thorough understanding of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and continuously update HR records and databases.
- Assist in formulating HR policies and procedures.
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee inquiries and provide necessary HR support.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor regulations.
