Job Description

Collaborate Solutions is hiring an entry-level Client Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in DHA Phase 8. Shift: 6 PM–3 AM.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify high-potential projects on Upwork.
• Prepare tailored proposals and manage strategic bids.
• Keep organized records of bids and client communications.

Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding, proposal writing, or online client engagement; strong English communication skills; proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused.
