Position: Night Shift Customer Service Representative
Location: On-site, Lahore, Pakistan
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday–Saturday)
Days Off: Sunday
Salary: PKR 90,00 – 100,00 + Incentives
Core Edge Solutions is seeking a qualified Female Customer Service Representative to join our DWW (Tires & Rims) Campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service, and meeting upselling goals.
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, outstanding English communication skills, and a professional demeanor are essential.
